Katerina Dabolt
PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND OWNER
Hi, I was born and grew up in the Czech Republic, where I received my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the Charles University in Prague. I have extensive experience treating patients of all ages in acute care, outpatient and home health settings. Working as a home health physical therapist, I realized how important it is to provide physical therapy in the client’s home to create the best treatment plan that fits their environment. I treat my clients as a whole person, and I see the importance of my clients’ role in their families and communities.
My treatment approach begins with listening to my clients and completing a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of their concerns. I then design an individualized plan using a combination of therapeutic techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, trigger point release, and kinesio taping. In addition to hands-on treatment, I teach my clients personalized home exercise programs and self-care strategies to promote long-term success, prevent recurrence, and support greater independence. I am a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (PESI), a Certified Otago Exercise Program Provider (Piedmont AHEC), and a Certified LSVT BIG® Clinician. These certifications reflect my commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, and highly specialized care tailored to each client’s unique needs..
I establish trustful and strong relationships with my clients that produce successful outcomes and long term relationships.
In my free time, I love to travel, hike, ski, garden, bake and read. Most of all, I love the company of my amazing family and friends.
